Best Wild Animal Photos 2008 competition, orgonized by Natural History Museum of London and BBC Wildlife Magazine has defined the winners.
Steve Winter, who spent almost a year in India to make a photo of this snow leopard, became the overall winner.

This photo, tiled “Deadlock” brought David Maitland an award in the “Animal Behavior: All Other Animals” Category.

Winner, “Animal Behavior: Birds” Category
One Earth Award for the most controversial and horrifying photo depicting Colobus monkey having its fur singed in preparation for sale at an illegal market in Gabon.
